“I've been on medication for a while, and I thought going to get ketamine therapy would help me and it started to help me. And I hope you started getting treatment.And I have nothing but problems with this clinic I'm suicidal. I have not been doing good and I'm just just one problem after another with this clinic. They don't care about you at all. It seems like I've been wanting to get treatments continue. My treatment therapy, but they said they needed my medical records. And it's been over three weeks now. And for some reason they have not got my medical records I just say do not go to this clinic. They do not care about you at all. I think there's just so much I want to say in this review but I just can't Don't go to this clinic”

“Please check out Khrysalis. They are much better, kinder, much more availability and the staff there are phenomenal! This place is a joke, their providers have TERRIBLE energy, every time I’ve been there I feel uncomfortable by their hostility, and attitude. They don’t walk you though anything, and my first treatment they did not even get my consent to give me my second shot, even though I was far beyond disassociated. They don’t ask how your doing or talk about anything. It’s like some sort of treatment farm, which is far from how it should be. You are not allowed to pick your treatment days, they pick them so you best hope it works, they also pick your locations and don’t give you an option to do what’s closest to you, and if it doesn’t win you get put on a waitlist. if you have congestion or any mild cold, they will cancel your appt in the middle of your treatment series and then don’t have appts to fill spots. I sought out treatment at Khrysalis after Klairisana canceled my appt after I drove 40 minutes and had mild congestion. I was on my 5th treatment which the first 6 treatments are supposed to be 2x a week, so when they canceled they couldn’t reschedule my 6th for almost a MONTH. So I got my 6th treatment (with coordination from my klarisana rep) at the new clinic, and planned to continue maintenance with klarisana after since there scheduling is so far out. Once again drove 45 MINUTES and they said I’d need a “discharge notice” from the clinic THEY coordinated me to go to for my treatment because they couldn’t follow their own treatment plan and complete my series due to over scheduling and poor management ! This place is a joke. You are treating people who are struggling with severe depression and severe ptsd, and can’t just choose to make up policies on the spot and not treat people in the middle of a treatment plan. It’s dangerous. I plan to report them to the state. Anyone reading please check out Khrysalis, it’s actually embarrassing how many “klarisana refugees” they get- as Khrysalis owner put it. So many people struggle just like I did with the same issues!They also are starting mobile ketamine do you don’t have to drive there. Hands down a million times better experience there then my 5 treatments at klarisana.”

They have a very safe space and make you feel relaxed and cared for and are happy to answer all your questions.
