“I’ve been a patient at Mastermind for just about 6 years. And during my time here I have been able to move beyond my symptoms and actually find successful treatment and care. I am forever grateful for the work Jennie and others have done for me. I cannot reccomend this practice enough.”

“Don’t listen to the bad reviews about this place. I’ve been to many doctors offices that give you about five minutes of their time. You’re lucky if you get 15 minutes, but I’d like to say about this place in the staff that they have not naming anyone in particular because I have not met one person that I dislike yet They are the Most caring staff you’ll ever meet. I had a little bit of a bad reaction to the spravato, which everyone’s different. I would never tell you to not do it just because someone said they had a bad experience, but what I will say is that I did go in today two days after my spravato treatment and I thought I was going into potentially be talked back into it, however what I Experience was three different people in the room, including the owner of the practice Practice and one of their nurses, Melissa I’m a man so it’s hard to be emotional about things. I’ve been going through a hard time and I’ve seen several But I will say the plan they put in place for me today makes me feel like there’s a massive hope for the future. I suffer from health, anxiety and trauma from losing love ones. I’ve never been to an office where they spend more time with people like this office, my appointment was at 1:30. I didn’t leave the office until 315 and at 1:30 they brought me directly back. It wasn’t like I was sitting there all day. They spent time with me they talk to me about everything all the possibilities of what I could potentially be dealing with I’m 40 years old and I’ve been dealing with this since I was a child and then that little bit of time I feel like I’ve covered more ground than I have seen hundreds and hundreds of doctors so please don’t look at these reviews and judge this place be your own judge reviews are mostly for people who are pissed off and angry let me tell you I’m writing this review and I stand behind the staff. I want to thank you guys so much for taking a step for me when I couldn’t take my own step. I hope this review sends many people your way as I can tell there’s true healing going on at this clinic.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Mastermind Clinic, and I can’t say enough great things about Jennie, the prescriber. She went above and beyond to support my niece and took the time to really understand her needs. Jennie maintained clear and professional boundaries while still being incredibly compassionate and collaborative. She worked closely with both of us to develop the best possible plan of care and truly invested in what would benefit my niece most in the long term. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients and takes a thoughtful, individualized approach. Highly recommend Jennie and the entire team at Mastermind!”

“First off - the office staff and student were very kind - but Jennie Stormes was unprofessional and diminished my mental health and gave me misinformation. I was made to wait while everyone had lunch and a meeting for an hour. I was there for a total of 3 hours just to be turned away. I understand I'm a second class citizen with only having medicaid (which I think is the real reason I was turned away) but I have talked with medicaid and they informed me the treatment I was seeking is covered, when she said it would be a real problem getting it approved. She said to try psilocybin therapy (mentioned dispensaries that dont exist in colorado)- I researched for 2 days just to find that it isn't a therapy available to me and I'm not rich so I can't access the one clinic in Denver. She was distracted enough to mention the Diddy trial results twice in the convo. She compared my depression to her 'depression' of not getting a wall painted in her home. She called a colleague of hers a 'jerk' and made it clear she had personal feelings towards him. I revisited the website and it says that the treatment I was seeking was to treat what I deal with and that's why I think it's a money issue. She mentioned current politics as well. It was the most bizarre visit with a health care 'professional' I've ever had. I don't recommend this NP to anyone. I still can't believe I had a standing appointment and was left to wait for an hour while they had lunch. Highly inappropriate. I don't appreciate the misinformation about psilocybin therapy. I don't appreciate my diagnosis, I've had for 30 years made by several qualified DOCTORS, to be diminished or speculated as not accurate when I've lived with it. My current psychiatrist is disappointed in my experience and apologized for her. Ms. Stormes offended me so well that I spent time typing this out. I hope this saves someone the huge grief that I went through.”
